Im not so sure how some other reviewers did not like this product! I did exactly what the instructions said (clean the dash, remove the gel's plastic covering, put it on the dash, and turn the knob) and it works great! I just got back from a conference and it was a 3 1/2 hour ride both ways (that is actually the reason I bought this dash mount). My iPhone did not budge once and the mount stuck like glue to my dash!!! This thing is great and I would highly recommend this!!! It is so very easy to use, it's adjustable, and it doesn't budge! Give it a try and you'll be very satisfied, I know I am!

This is a great device. I really, really like it. It is easy to use and stays solidly on my dashboard - even though it has a roughly pebbled finish. I think that this is the best device of its kind.
After about 5 months of use, the internal spring broke! I was so bummed! I wrote to Koomus and they replaced it at no charge. Unbelievable! A great product from a great company that backs up its products. I am sold!

I've tried a couple of different windshield mounts and none of them adhered for a long period of time without falling. This one uses a pad that really sticks and doesn't leave any residue when removed; it fits my Galaxy Note II perfectly. It's a great value for an item that works.
