I just wanted something that would hold and this did...for 3 months...now...it won't hold for 3 minutes. Changed from dashboard to window...same result. Very disappointed.
Oh...compared to other units I have had, this unit has limited range of positioning.

I just cannot understand how Amazon lets sellers blatantly violate the IPR. The item I received was a cheap imitation of the original but, sold as Original. I brought this to Amazons notice and I suppose the seller has been banned on this site. But, then I realize there are too many fakes been passed off as originals here. The seller creative eLec has been trying to reach out to me (presumably from China) and asking me to remove my negative comments. But, I just cannot oblige, their business practice is detrimental to the whole online shopping experience.

I bought this for my Motorola Droid Razor Maxx and it works great! At first you have to make sure the suction cup is really secure or it will fall off, however after I made sure it was definitely secure, this product fit the bill on what I was looking for. For the amount it cost, it exceeded my expectations. The swivel feature is espcecially nice, in case you want the phone to be horizontal. This fits the Motorola Droid Razor Maxx perfectly, and will even work with my case on (a soft plastic back cover). The one thing that could be considered a drawback to some is that you do need two hands to secure the phone, so it is best to put your phone into this holder before you start driving.
